The Canyon Ride HOA contracted with LaBahn's Landscaping nearly three years ago and we could not be any happier. There were years of hidden differed maintenance discovered that LaBahns was able to bring up to current with costs, options and effects clearly explained once they assessed the situation fully.
We have been very please with our levels of communication and responsiveness from LaBahn's which was a huge problem with our old vendor. The property has been very well maintained and they have been helpful in figuring out effective and on-budget solutions to problem areas. They have also been proactive in suggesting new idea and equipment that in the long term will save us money and water.
The onsite work crews are uniformed, professional, courteous, and on time. Their equipment and vehicles appear to be well maintained.
